Why did she not file a lawsuit against the construction company?? They carelessly placed materials where residents pass by frequently and it caused her to get injured it's a sure case so I'm confused why no lawsuit was filed??

@Ian2anean.Unfiltered it doesn't exactly work like that most construction companies are pretty big so even if she had tried to sue under intentional / unintentional damage the construction company could just keep delaying it everytimr they go to court and that in its self is expensive heck I doubt the couple can even go to court now evenif they wanted to
