Nakyum didn't ask to be held in a non-sexual way. He clearly said "this time I'm not drunk or sick" hinting at their previous encounters where he was intoxicated and unwell. So Nakyum is the one who initiated s** here, using it as a coping mechanism. It's wrong but he still did it himself.
