That's how boxers ears are supposed to look like
It's a condition actual ppl get from boxing! I think it's cool the artist put so much detail into the manga . It's called cauliflower ear "Cauliflower ear may occur when blood that collects in the outer ear after an injury isn't drained properly or becomes infected.
