Yes he is, he hold tittle Rank-SSS, it's mean maybe the strongest human. It's jjust funny if he get hurt by truck, the author better replace that truck with dragon or Demon instead. Imagine this, you're gym person with lot of muscle, get sleep in from of the street because someone give u medicine, and after that, a 6 years old child hit you with his bicycle. It's just out of logic... if you still insist take side on mc side, that all of another rank below SSS, can die only just by a motorcyle or a car.

@Puma the hunters are powerful because of their skills that makes their bodies strong and gives them powers but all of that was restricted and even after that he survived so what more explanation do you need and he was shot with bullets capable of hurting him so many times that alone shows how strong he was as his body stayed alive without any skills until he was shot in the head
