I feel like a lot of people are missing how messy their individual situations are.
Jaehyuk is trying to protect Yeonoh. He's also not available to start a relationship considering his situation. His grandfather already tried to get Yeonoh into a scandal. (He solved the issue and even threatened his grandfather. Yeonoh doesn't know that. He probably thinks the problem got solved by his stupid company lol)
Yeonoh is lonely af. No friends, no family support. He was never allowed to 'feel'. Now that he's emotionally attached to someone, he doesn't know what to do. He repeatedly apologizes for his feelings cause he thinks of himself as a burden. Idk why people here keep calling him embarrassing. I wanted to cry with him cause he's obviously frustrated with himself. Just because Jaehyuk asks him to say what he wants clearly, doesn't mean that he can. (Jaehyuk doesn't understand why Yeonoh behaves the way he does. His trauma and all. There's a reason why he continues to suffer for his dad's mistakes.)
Yeonoh doesn't want to burden Jaehyuk with his own feelings. But he got overwhelmed when he saw him with someone else.
Another thing, their perspectives are very different in the same situations. If Jaehyuk says I left to come to you, he means you matter. But Yeonoh thinks he bothered him. If Jaehyuk says, our relationship won't change, it's because he can't expose Yeonoh to trouble. But Yeonoh reads it as I have no feelings for you. Jaehyuk has no plans of abandoning Yeonoh cause he's known him since he was a kid. But Yeonoh doesn't know, and is scared of being left behind.
They are not on the same page!! And I think they won't be until Yeonoh remembers their past. Or they are able to connect somewhere during all the brewing troubles.
For the mean time, they can only connect with s**... And it's going to be angsty af.

Yassss ,,,,
Honestly this is something i was thinking as well but i could be bothered to actually write it all down so this comment actually really makes me happy
Honestly you explained it better than the manhwa
Though I got the gist of it, this manhwa is kind of hard to read sometimes especially with the mixed up chapters. I think we need more backstory to understand them both better as well. Plus this whole USB thing just came out of nowhere, and now all of a sudden their past are connected. So I guess this isn't a simple love contract manhwa anymore and we're going to get more angst. Might wait for this to be complete before I continue reading, cause idk how happy a ending we'll get after all this drama.
