@Alex No I feel like you're right 😭 I thought abt that too and I'm thinking it's probably because he's one shot stronger and stronger opponents as the story has gone on and hasn't lost to anyone I'm pretty sure except for orima kei so he definitely thinks he doesn't have any real competition atp except for orima kei and maybe a few other top mma pros we don't know about.

@Apol15 FRR he even called aoba weak which from his POV is fair but he should be thinking abt everyone aoba has faced and beaten even though he's been doing MMA or any type of intense physical activity for the least amount of time out of all of them. Kenshin might not be scared yet but he's definitely at least confused on why aoba is trying so hard to beat him especially since he thinks there's no way he can lose against him. BUT AOBA GON WHOOP HIM ONCE HE GETS A LIL STRONGER FR

@Alex it's arrogant but it's the truth right now, remember aoba's goal right now while training with amichi is to become a genius, his opponent is somebody who's a talented all rounder vs aoba who is just a talented grappler. hard work can beat talent but only if talent doesn't work hard, and kenshi works hard
