Wait... guve me a second...

Now I realize, Dennis ate the concept of control. So THAT'S why this second half of Chainsaw Man felt so... fuc**** insane and disjointed. The concept of control was weakened and then died like 40 chapters ago.

No wonder everything feels like everyone is fuc**** insane, no one fears being controlled, they don't even understand what being controlled means.

Maybe even the control of people's own impulses went sideways and then just vanished.

Maybe that explains the escalation.

I'll try to leave a review.
People that ship and mention s** in every comment are gross.
GL/BL stories make this website worse than it should be.

But later on Nayuta is killed, so the concept of control could be just gone.

@Cid Lunius nah lore wise, fiends/devils always come back in a different form or reborn (??), unless eaten by pochita or chainsaw man. as long as the fear of that concept exists, there's always a devil or fiend

@Blu But the concept of a devil weakens when they die, even if it's not eaten, that's why War doesn't want Death to die. (G** these sentences feel stupid to write.)
