he is definetly possessed by this evaporation demon, it would explain why he overcame his fears, its because he didnt, deep inside hes a coward just like he was when he was a kid but this demon somehow erases those fears, i hope when theyre able to get the demon out he would go back to being a normal and have the same personality he did when he was a kid
