@Galactic Navy Officer i have gotta say though... what did people even do before this brother created that device? Were people everywhere around the world going haywire destroying everything around them until they destroyed their own magic circuits? It's a bit of a ridiculous situation unless... not many people are born with elemental talents? Hmm.

@B P (Ult1m4) Most of them probably didn't start out with that much, but built up to it and learned along the way. The ones born with it probably hurt themselves and maybe others.
