Am I confused on the family tree... maybe just me cos his mother is also sitting up there on the throne with fl family... anyways his mother was such a kind soul I hope they find who killed her... but who knows maybe just maybe like his father she also decided to die herself for whatever reason... but I believe it is someone close than someone from fl family... just my theory
Edit: when I be saying mother i mean aunt my memory is shite. And she probs didn't kill herself... still idk i don't fully believe its jsut fl mother like there is much more to it

@Whatever That's his aunt married to the emperor not mother. His mother was killed by monsters.
@ittsy_bitsy_leah so he is trying to find out what happened to his aunt. My memory is so bad. She looked so much like ml I thought mother. I read the earlier chapters now I know. My dumbass memory better remember this time... basically his aunt was sort of like female lead's step mother if u can even call it that... but much nicer to her than her own mother...
