Fuuuuck~. Is this is going to be one of those endings where she dies in his arms and he then dies with her, or they go happily towards the sunset when you know for a fact that she's about to die! I originally thought this was a supernatural book and that he was like a demon or something and that her illness would be cured but it definitely is not that!
