I've personally had a stomach ulcer & an infection in my small intestine. My stomach ulcer was so bad tat I was doing the same thing as Garam!! I balled up & was wheezing followed by moaning from sheer pain!! On the other hand when I had an infection in my small intestine I ignored my body & symptoms until my mom & dad had 2 pick me up out of a chair; I couldn't figure out wat was going on around me until my mom & dad put their foot down taking me down 2 the ER!! The ER staff stated "Had your condition gotten any worse you would've needed surgery 2 remove the infection." Needless 2 say the doctors were shocked by my diagnosis  themselves as large intestine infections is more common then small intestine infections & doctors have no idea as 2 how or y I even gotten the infection in the 1st place!! Also, the biggest symptom tat I ignored was the fact tat it was painful 2 take a shi+ {as if my intestine was being twisted} it was on my lower left side of my stomach tat the pain was reoccurring on/in!! Please, if u have any of these symptoms go 2 ur nearest walk in clinic or ER!!
