@Birdman dude how do you manage to keep those stuff from affecting your heart 
Like when I read something bad or evil 
I feel disgusted, I feel as if all the humanity is gone and it's better for the world to just end 
I become hopeless 

I try to keep up with politics since I too have it as major need in my life, but sometimes (most of times these days) I feel like throwing alllll that sh** and just abandon whatever it is that I'm working for 

So how do you keep yourself sane admist all this?
