Zhao Shengge is one of the best written ml in bl. This man literally never knew the existence of chen wan. So when he saw how Chen wan always care about others, he couldn’t take it lightly. Cz everyone around him approach him for ulterior motives. But Chen wan silently, devotedly gave everything without taking advantage. So ml is the one who approached him & made the path easy. So when Ah wan asked him if he could pursue him, he let him. But Ah wan love is more of worshipping than loving. Zhao Shenge doesn’t want that kind of love. He wasn’t happy with that pursuing. So he said to Ah wan "If you don't know how to pursue someone, let me do it". & this man does make every moment precious for Ah wan. Shenge always regretted meeting Ah wan late, he thought whatever he'll do, won't be enough for the love Ah wan given him. It's literally like, "Ah wan fell first but Zhao shenge fell harder". The only thing about Zhao shenge is that this man is so fierce in bed. LOL I love them so much. There is ofc so much plot & drama. & kinda slow. But I'm so glad they made it into manhwa.
