but i am for 100% sure that after the author pulls out the shittiest backstory of all the shittiest backstories that exist, we will feel sad and have empathy with jaekyung and will "forget" about all the bad things he did. i am also pretty sure that after we learn his backstory (and maybe if jaekyung tells dan about it), he will get all nice bla bla bla and we will start only seeing the good things in him 🙃 but i won't let the author manipulate me with a sad backstory!

do you know the manhwa "yours to claim" ?! because i think it's going a little that way 😅 with the ml being shi*** but a backstory makes him "good" again 🙃
