@Lxias Apes, in cluding humans, bleed out the lining of the uterus (endometrium) if there was no conception, this is called the menstruation cycle. Some other animals have what's called an Estrous cycle, animals with this go into heat. And when there's no conception in these animals, the endometrium gets resorbed into the bloodstream. So omegas don't menstruate! (One quick wiki search for Estrous cycle, haven't had Biology class in a few years.)
