Don't worry, after that there must be a newspaper about the news of Hero party's repeated failures

@Average Dude Just once, I would like to see a story from the exiled member's perspective where the party actually excels after letting them go. The MC might be overpowered, but it would be nice to see that it was just a poor fit instead of the MC being the keystone in the party.
@Sofa_King_Cold Agreed. Criticism isn't a bad thing and not everyone is perfect. The protagonist being accurately accessed as "unable to continue the journey" doesn't have to always be treated as being deserted by their friends. If anything, its because the friends are worried about them dying that they are being let go is a very realistic worry, because for the people in the story, it isn't a game they're playing but a job with risks to their life.
@Sofa_King_Cold there was a manga like that. Mc's childhood crush kicked him out her party cause he wasn't getting stronger and accidentally sent him to an area protected by a dragon MC survived but spent 3 years thinking she did it on purpose and grew stronger with the sole purpose of crushing her party cause she didn't even check up on him even once while he was in the hospital. Her party still managed to become an S rank party without him but he became an S rank by himself and no longer trusts people while she's trying to find a way to apologize for the misunderstanding
@Ian Moone Yup, I am reading that one. In the two years since this comment the proposed scenario has become more common. Besides the one you mentioned there is also the one about the trap master and the one about the fief trainer.
