@Bl lover idk about any historical READING BL, but there is a show called Castlevania (doesnt have bl but you need to watch it to understand what I'm aboutta say) Then there is Castlevania NOCTURNE, a continue of Castlevania. Castlevania takes place in the 1400s, Castlevania nocturne take place in the 1700s, there is a gay vampire who falls in love with a Christian guard who is also in love with him! But i suggest watching Castlevania before Castlevania Nocturne! Both are on Netflix!
