That was one of the most pathetic reasons to not go to your master, 'My Mother Was A Serial Killer' okay and so? It was either not explained enough or poorly adapted, cause it didnt feel like MC hated criminals to the point of hating innocent offspring.

@Purple that's very ethnocentric of you. In asian societies, the sins of the parents go to the children and their grwnd children. From a western perspective thats dumb, but not so in asia.
