@The real robin you should go back to earlier chapters they explained it well in comments but anyways I'll still try to explain, you see hyewon was born a flower maiden which is something not desired so to keep this fact hidden, her mother adopted a look a-like, aka yoosun, from being a slave so she can replace hyewon when she's in bloom, and yes hyewon has blue hair because she is a flower maiden but she wears a wig
