Blondie moved his King forward to a spot that's diagonal from Glasses' pa** (placing it in a position to be attacked by the pa**), thus basically surrendering and ending the game. Technically an illegal move on his part, but it makes for a good metaphor.

Glasses now how to decide whether to complete the attack (capturing the King with his p a w n and ending the game between them), or ignore Blondie's vulnerable position and not attack the King (within the context of the story, basically stop playing the complicated weird game of control they have going on between them, and start their relationship anew). Basically, Glasses now has to actively decide where he wants their relationship to go from here.
If the white one is Eunsung then he got a check from soohyun and had only one step to end the game...which is in Soohyun hands...so the total game is in soohyun hands either ends or continues but the white one has the last step after that the game ends it's unavoidable.
