I see both of their pov to be fair, it's normal to want a baby with someone you love especially in a long term relationship,and it's also normal to feel uncomfortable about someone u don't love or even know being pregnant with your child
Adoption is the best option here & i think they both are gonna be the greatest mom and dad ever 
But i also agree with hyesung them loving eachother is more than enough
