I know that even if this is just fiction, any other kind of h@rassment should not be normalize, romanticize and put out of mind. As what I've said, this is fiction, this is someone's written work based on his/her fantasies, and as a reader we cannot complain and make them change the plot of the story since this is how their imagination work, and let's talk seriously, no one's in the right mind to still love someone who r@ped them, this is just purely fiction. And the only option you have is either you read it or not, so if this is not your cup of tea you could just leave and not ruin others cup of tea.
