Before Culling game started only jogo/sukuna/gojo/hanami/mahito/the octopus curse and megumi were the Domain expansion user but now every one spamming domain expansion ??

its actually kinda interesting to see so many new characters can do what we "thought" only a few chosen ones can do. imo 
they're still only having it that powerful sorcerers can use a fully formed domain expansion. hakari is a 3rd year student so it makes sense that he can do it. most of the domain expansions we've seen past shibuya weren't complete or they were simple ones
