stop hiding behind mental illness. Stop using mental illness as a crutch. We accept mentally I'll people BUT we should NEVER condone unacceptable behaviour regardless of mental illness or not.

I haven't read the next chapters, and her backstory, yet, but I still think that nothing gives her the right to bully and haraas innocent people who have nothing to do with her trauma. Even if they were just onlookers in those events when it happened to her, you can definitely call them scummy bast**** for just watching and doing nothing, but NOTHING gives HER that right to harm them directly in this way.
