Personally I think that Tsar was in the wrong.
Mainly because he usually does whatever he wants.
Like he made Leewon a bait in a situation where he could've actually died.
He pushes him away than comes back begging.
At this point it's honestly amazing how much patience Leewon has to deal with his bullshit and still want to be with him.
Not that he hasn't done anything good this whole time.
He solved Leewon's case for him and also protected him from being shot.
But what's the point in protecting him if he was just gonna shoot him anyway?
And not only that he also kidnaps him.
It's like rather than love it's his possessiveness and obsession that he's mistaking for affection and protectiveness.
