Extrovert vs introvert is just how your social battery gets charged, where extroverts get energized being around a lot of people and get drained if they go a long time without social interaction, whereas introverts get drained from extended social interaction and need time alone to recharge. Most people are ambivert, so somewhere in the middle. Zhong more likely has alexythemia, where he has difficulty identifying, processing, and expressing his emotions.
