After the 10th time I've read this manga I'm able to analyse the characters better, at least I think I can (?)...I ain't gonna say the same stuff the other comments said (that WK is like that because of his mom etc cuz) but like if you notice it's always WK the one who's craving for attention since the beginning of the story. And yeah you'd say that's normal cuz why would Minho want attention from the person who raped him, but what I'm trying to say is that Minho is really an important person to Wookyung and what he fells for him is not only some crazy s** infatuation. If it was he wouldn't hug him while he's sleeping, he wouldn't comfort him, he wouldn't try to make him get rid of his drinking problem, he wouldn't even get the idea of taking him out or giving him money...you do this stuff if you really cared for that person. But let's not forget the sh** he did at the beginning, cuz it's also true that he raped, abused, tortured Minho mentally and physically, and that is unforgivable. There certainly is a huuuuuge character developement and if you don't see it you're fuc**** blind. Anyway my point was to say that Wookyung is actually in love, I'd say maybe a little too much, to the point to wanting to keep a person as a possession (which is certainly fuc*** up, don't get me wrong). To him Minho isn't just a love interest or some crazy obsession, he's a someone who is there for him (even if it's against his will), someone who he can eat and talk to without worrying about the consequences, a someone to who he can show his true self and his true emotions (opposing to what his mother tells him to do - fake it and be a great ideal son), someone who doesn't expect nothing from him and to whom he has nothing to prove, an escape from reality...

Let's not forget that in the main story he's been after Minho for 7 years, and I don't really think you'd wait that long to get someone unless they really mean something to you. So yeah I'd definitely say that Wookyung is in love, even if in a very twisted way...
And I've seen a coule of comments that are like "Not y'all blaming everything on his mom" or "His childhood doesn't justify his actions" and I have to say that I agree with them as much as I disagree...I grew up in a veeery similar situation to WK's and let me tell you from personal experience: that sh** fu*** you up. My parents divorced years ago and my mum was always busy, and when she had a chance manipulating me into being something greater than my dad (while saying I was his exact copy - my dad is literally like Minho's father but 3x worse, so imagine...). The thing is that people who grow up like us have a different point of view for relationships of every kind, not only romantic. I myself, have a veeeery twisted way of thinking what love looks like (I would never torture anyone or break their ankle, just saying) and that's because my parents never showed nor proved love to each other, basically I never had an example of what a healthy relationship is. So I kinda understand Wookyung and can relate to him to a certain level.
P.S: NOTHING OF WHAT I SAID HAS THE INTENTION TO JUSTIFY HIS FUC*** UP BEHAVIOR, the whole point was to clarify what I think is going on in WK's head and what caused him to act in the way he does...
I still don't hope in a happy ending tho and want Minho to get his life back at least.
