See I don't get this it is omegaverse world or not did he travel into other world. There are people who doesn't know anything about this. It is little confusing help with clarification of this otherwise it may effect the understanding of the plot.

He travelled, like isekaid along with his body, that's why he's so different from others. The world he came from is an omegaverse, but he travelled right? And in the world he travelled in is not an omegaverse world.
Thank G** somebody explained.. otherwise I would still be confused. Also I'm still confused how and which chapter he travelled?.
He was in an accident at first, right? He traveled there, and when he awoke, he was already on that world without the omegaverse setting. However, he was in heat, so he went to pharmacies to find medicine for his heat, but they were confused because the world he was already on did not have an omegaverse setting. That's where it started, hope your not as confused anymore. 😁
