He liked him and the other (jihoo) didn't seem to mind so why should we blame the producer again?
Personally, I didn't like how the producer came on to him when Jiho needed to vent his feelings. He's not wrong for it, but their relationship right now is the producer kissing him when it wasn't appropriate. For me, that can't be healthy.
