Hmm... "not respecting the heaven and not a worshiper of the earth?" Yeah I think that might be the reason he got fuc*** over... rather than change and improve as he reflects why his beloved pupils betrayed him in the end, he would rather go on a power trip not humbled by his foolish death because of his own hubris... there really is a fine line between arrogance and confidence. Sigh... all that power, experience and time, would be wasted... atleast his kind, without that triat, I would be disgusted on how a person like him survived and reached that peak in his future... well it could be that reason he died was also the reason he survived until that point, a natural selection as you will, but that would also mean that this part of his story should be redemption rather than a revenge trip, as he should realize the reason he fell... ths only way forward is complete tyranny or paragon no other way or else if would be another death.
