Walking red flag? Which part? Giving Jiwook books bec he needs it? food to eat bec he knows Jiwook is starving? money bec he knows Jiwook is in financial difficulty? Maybe he come out strong but his intentions are good, that is not a red flag.

Jiwook is the red flag with enflated ego in this story. Just bec he is "pitiful" in the story does not mean he is in the right automatically. Jiwook even hit Seungeon first but the latter apologized. Did Jiwook apologize when he hit Seungeon? No. 

So stop being naive with double standard mentality.

agree tbh jiwook needs to be open help isnt bad he knows hes already struggling if i were him id gladly tale it and show it that i am really thankful for what they gave like it doesent hurt to get helped but his ego is inflated like a hot airballoon and isnt very nice is mean and talks really harsh or cuts off other people

@Sugureta His intentions may be good but he expresses it terribly. You didn't mention that he constantly says 'you're poor', tries to force him to do stuff he doesn't want to like during the cafeteria scene and the literal reason he slapped him was because he kissed him without consent. That's sexual assault but of course he can get away with it because he's rich and then uke's poor. Mc already has a low self-esteem and this guy just makes it worse.
