This job is worse than high school. Both a strong education,work ethic and creativity makes the best employee. Idc if you have been at that company 18 years you still have to grow, be a team player ,learn and adapt. I could never work at this company. I would slap, discrimination, harassment,assault charges on all these old bit****.
