@Federica no i think bottom forget his angel. The angel was the source of all the misfortune he had. If it's not for the top, the bottom is a really lucky guy. So the top choose to make bottom forget about them. Tbh I think that's a really good idea. This makes them to face their life without heavy misfortune. So both of them can be successful and that also make them to start again newly.
