Is all these people seeing similarity between Mina and Lua supposed to hint at how Mina is becoming like Lua maybe?

Good call! I feel like the both of them not having a father figure should've been a hint. While Lua never knew her father, Mina had at least known him but they were both sociopaths in a way. And, later on, Lua's grandmother comments on Mina's eyes of how they look exactly like Lua's so kind of like a (subtle) full-circle moment.
