Yes I was hating on this story a month ago yes I'm still reading it yes I'm still going to hate on this now, what the he** am I even reading atp bro. This is genuinely being dragged in the worst way, the whole story is a mess, I mean, realistically, in this time and age and even whatever year they're in, why would you even think someone as kind as su-ae would leave or hate you just becouse you're deaf in one ear????????????what???????❓❓❓😭😭😭🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I mean yeah, he has some trauma and I get why he is and was hesitant to tell her but come on. This story should've just ended in highschool with everyone having their happy end, but no, dohwa is still getting dragged on, and I freaking bet you, he's NOT gonna end up with suae. I for sure would like that but we all know it ain't gonna happen anyway, give my guy his own freaking love interest and that blonde headed beetch some therapy session she's freaking crazy my g**🫩
I'm a basic white girl that hides the fact she reads pictures of men having s**
sometimes i read normal stuff too

@Bea Eunhyuk didn't suddenly wake up and think, "Su-ae is ableist." His hearing loss is directly tied to one of the worst moments of his life, so it's something he's learned to hide and be ashamed of. Even if Su-ae is the kindest person in the world, that doesn't magically erase those fears. Plenty of people with insecurities hide things from people they love—not because they think that person is bad, but because they're terrified of being seen differently. You can absolutely criticize the pacing of the story—I agree it's been dragged out—but I don't think Eunhyuk's fear is the unrealistic part. Trauma doesn't follow common sense. It follows past experiences. Whether the writing executed that idea well is a different discussion, but his hesitation itself isn't unbelievable.
