Don't you think that maybe he was working hard for their better future? For her? Don't you think that maybe he was trying to be well off for her? And was working really really hard?
He wasn't rich from start if you remember, he probably started from scratch to achieve whatever he achieved (looking at the car and his attire, ig he is rich) And it's not easy, it requires TIME and effort. And he did come to her now, didn't he?
Guess how he must have felt when he heard her saying to some other guy that she want to start over and Forget about her past?
Dude, she said forget about the past. Their past wasn't normal, they were both dependent on eachother. But he gathered courage to separate from her just on the hope that they both will remain faithful to eachother.

I said that we still haven't heard his side of story, we can't judge anyone rn based on just her pov. He must've had his reasons cause one thing is clear, he is LOYAL to her. I just expected her to trust him more. (Well, still can not completely blame her though. He knew how she was before leaving)
