I feel like who ever did this convinced everyone and is very good at manipulating people, which is why many people did not believe our girl, even her ex. (Maybe the culprit manipulated the ex and many others to believe that she a cheater) and maybe the prince knows who this is and the red head and this all points back to sasha since we was given hints that not much is known about sasha and the prince and the red head said its best not to trust him so I think we should stop hating on the characters as misunderstanding happen and I understand that what they did was very wrong but atleast now that they know and they're going to try to help here instead of cowering.
