@Macey she died from being sickly. The church is using her twin sister and the prince knows the truth. It was in the beginning.

@Strawberry  uh no. There was no mention that the twin died of sickness in early chapters. Maybe op learned it from spoilers

@Strawberry  the church is saying thaty but it had already been told that she was sickly. Plus, if she had already made the promise to,kill him would she then dissappear? On top of that she loved her sister too much

@Pooh no spoilers needed. she was sick and it was getting worse. Church was the ones to say disappeared which would make no sense of not telling  her TWIN.
