In Japan 13 is the Age of Consent. (Fked up I know, but legit facts and why Loli's are so popular... although not as fked up as Argentina (11) or the Philippines (9) ... or a lot of parts in India (look up "Child Brides in India" on Google. It's a real and serious issue ... although not as fked of a major issue than Female Infanticide (killing infant girls. Which India does a lot. Even more so than China.)
