@rb3 I said the same in another site. All the "Did they try to kill you?", "I'll kill them all", "You need me", "it's not as if we only have today", are giving me really anxious Ian, especially the last two, as if followed by an invisible "right?", when Ian is always in the cold and detached side.
I think TJ almost being killed–just like that, so easy that no matter how many men he had with him, it was just lucky he didn't die–was an eye-opener for both of them. I'm not saying this is healthy, but after this Ian is willing to return the life he wanted to leave behind so bad, to chase and kill those who want to hurt TJ, when he asked help TJ because he didn't feel anything by killing anymore; as for TJ, he wants all the opposite, because losing Youngwoo forever, if it's not by Jimmy's hand it'll be the next ass**** that wants TJ's power, is a possibility scarier than ever because it seems real now. It's "We'll do it together" from Ian vs. "Having each other is not enough, I need you to stay away to protect you" from TJ.
No wonder Ian is so rock bottom in the present after TJ's disappearance when all of this happened with such intensity (and I'm not talking about the s**–Crazy chemistry as always)
