Yooyoung's letter somehow made its way to the fückàss Crown Prince because it was given by the bïtch Princess. She said that Yooyoung ran away with the general but upon reading the letter, it was Yooyoung's farewell and suic*de letter to the CP. The CP went after Yooyoung and when he arrived to the cliff, Yooyoung was at the edge of the cliff and was shot with two arrows by the soldiers who went after him. Yooyoung confessed his love, jumped off the cliff and the CP jumped after him but he wasn't able to save Yooyoung.
