@Secretttt Na-kyum's trauma is making him sick, he can't eat and is having panic attacks, and even though he is trying to hide it, Seungho is noticing it and worrying a lot, he wanted Nak to be with his sisters for a few reasons : 1- he sees that around women his ptsd symptoms are lessened and 2- he (Seungho) commited a serious crime and is afraid people will come for him and hurt Nakyum in the process.
