@emmayi yeah no bros doing this out of his own free will now, it was because of the hypnosis he started having 'dreams' of them having s** which were actually memories and not dreams and ig he started to feel attracted to him, so yeah now theyre whatever now

@Phoe added context: chapters 27-29 He switches it from an active to a passive hypnosis. Its been likd that for 30 chapters (and likely the rest of the series)
