@Sandstone Maybe it's just a root that screams, no healing property whatsoever, Imagine using it as distraction or even to lure or stun mobs.
Or it could be that it does have uses for heaing or potions, but the scream itself is just annoying af and doesn't actually harm or possibly even kill like some variations do.
Though luring mobs would probably also be a possible, though uncommon use for it.
@Sandstone it's just translation mistake maybe translator didn't know it's called mandrake
