I have read the novel far ahead, I can tell this much that this story is really good in terms of scaling up. It has the potential for an anime adaptation in a year or two

The loss of details from Novel to Manhwa is not much. Plus It is being released in a stable manner, so it is not yet worth it to binge read the novel imho

I'm not sure either. While reading the MTL, I also noticed it was mentioned that way. Which is technically wrong. Like other novels, he should be called 'young lord' or 'viscount'

unlikely though. Manhwa don't get much budget for Anime adaption typically. Solo Levelling & Tower of G** were already very confirmed successes as Manhwa before they were adopted.
Remember funding difference between Japan vs South Korea for Anime is huge!
@SomeAB Viscount is a noble rank between a Count and a Baron, not for the heir of a count. Regardless, 'archduke' makes no sense and will only confuse the readers.
