@mel It's not exactly new, It did came before aswell. but It's really similar to corona virus and pain to deal with

@mel there are always plane crashes and wild fires, viruses also always mutate so there are always different strands for different types of viruses, also why you can't really get a vaccine for colds since it changes so much and has so many types that it wouldn't be cost effective in the long run. Ah I actually learnt something in school

@Book not time yet,believe it or not things are going to get worse.

@BiNShy viruses and other nasties are going to do more damage,with the high populations we have now anything contagious can travel like wildfire in a lumber factory.
Also as many habitats are destroyed,viruses /flus/plagues etc that were once restricted to remote areas undergo stress,these stressors force them to mutate and adapt,spreading to new hosts like humans.

@Book yk what, today we were asked abt our opinion on "possibility of world war 3" on our exam
