I know they are not really dating, and ML is really abusive, not only for all the grape and physical abuse, but he is abusing MC psychologically all the time calling him a wh*re and how he enjoys being used and thrown, and how he sells himself to anyone, it is a lot to take. Now MC is sleeping with someone else which makes sense cause that was what he did before meeting ML, he dated a girl, cheated and left with the new one, until he cheated the new girl and left with the one he cheated with once again, it was a vicious circle. What I fear the most is the ML being as abusive as he is, when he finds out instead of ending whatever it is they have going on, he is gonna act like in the first chapters being so abusive it makes your insides twist in pain. I fear a lot of abuse is coming in the next chapters
