Did she get a power-up or something? Last I checked, a samurai sword can't cut through metal armor—and a troll's hide is probably tougher than that. I guess the plot armor can do whatever it wants.
I hate when people use a 5-star system like a thumbs-up or thumbs-down, giving only 1 or 5 stars and ignoring the middle.
