Eunhyuk s dad was cheating with his music teacher at school. Both suae n eunhyuk knew this, both didn't talk about anything. He was an abusive dad, in one of the accidents, eunhyuk lost his hearing (an ear), that happnd wayy before they both started dating. Suae was unaware of anything other than the affair , he didn't talk to her. Rumours spread (by suae's step sis) about the dad n teacher, humiliated eunhyuk. So he left (ghosted) everyone including suae for 10 years.

 

Theres this company Marang, they recruit actors they approached dohwa to cast him, got rejected. After suae rejected him, he did his modeling. Dohwa also had an abusive dad. 

This company checks the number of love a person has through an app. Suae was an anomaly because she had 0/0 hearts. While dohwa had more to become an actor. Later on suae had 1/0 hearts when she was dating. Idk what significance these hearts have in the story, though this story began with the hearts. Once suae met with an accident in the bus n eunhyuk saved her , she believes it was the doing of the company to eliminate the anomaly (her). 

Suae is an author of a novel , no one knows this. The CEO of the company is a reader of the same n found it was her work . The CEO said If She promised to continue writing the company wont bother her anymore . 

 

Now after 10 years dohwa is an actor , eunhyuk a music director, both successful . Both r back in her life after ghosting her .
